Wogonin Strengthens the Therapeutic Effects of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in DSS-Induced Colitis via Promoting IL-10 Production

A combination of MSCs and Wogonin possessed optimal therapeutic effects on DSS-induced colitis. Mice were administered 3% DSS in drinking water for 7 days, followed by regular drinking water. On the 2nd day, mice received MSC treatment, Wogonin treatment, or a combined treatment, respectively. Then, mice were euthanized on day 8.
