Wogonin Strengthens the Therapeutic Effects of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in DSS-Induced Colitis via Promoting IL-10 Production

MSCs and Wogonin increased IL-10 levels in both colon tissue and peritoneal lavage fluid. Mice were administered 3% DSS in drinking water for 7 days, followed by regular drinking water. On the 2nd day, mice received MSCs, Wogonin, or a combined treatment, respectively. The colon tissue and peritoneal lavage fluid were collected on 8 d.
