Effect of RWP on primary human monocyte cell number. Primary human monocytes were treated with increasing concentrations of RWP, ranging from 2.5 to 3200 μg/mL, and cell viability was assessed by cell count after 72-hour exposure. The of three independent experiments with four replicates in each are shown. Differences were significant () according to one-way ANOVA.
