Role of Human NADPH Quinone Oxidoreductase (NQO1) in Oxygen-Mediated Cellular Injury and Oxidative DNA Damage in Human Pulmonary Cells

<div>Hyperoxia or NQO1 overexpression decreased 8-OHdG formation. Three stably transfected BEAS-2B cell lines Ctr, <i>NQO1-NQO1</i>, and SNP were incubated under RA or O<sub>2</sub> for 48 h.
