UNC5B Promotes Vascular Endothelial Cell Senescence via the ROS-Mediated P53 Pathway

UNC5B induces endothelial cell senescence through ROS production. (a) Young HUVECs were prepared as Figure 3. The production of intracellular ROS was determined with DHE by microscopy.
