NR inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation induced by TAC. (a, b) NR significantly reduced the levels of high inflammatory factors caused by myocardial hypertrophy (IL-1β: vs. ; TNF-α: vs. , ). (c) Western blot results showed that NR treatment significantly reduced the Caspase-1/Caspase-1 pro and cleaved GSDMD expression in TAC mice ().
