SPP1 Promotes Enzalutamide Resistance and Epithelial-Mesenchymal-Transition Activation in Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer via PI3K/AKT and ERK1/2 Pathways

<div>SPP1-mediated EMT pathway and ERK1/2 pathway activation. Upregulating SPP1 promoted, while silencing SPP1 attenuated EMT. SPP1 overexpression significantly improved the expression levels of MAPK-p38 and ERK1/2 in the lentivirus-transfected LNCaP cell, and SPP1 knockdown significantly attenuated MAPK-p38 and ERK1/2 expression.
