Salidroside Suppresses the Proliferation and Migration of Human Lung Cancer Cells through AMPK-Dependent NLRP3 Inflammasome Regulation

Coincubation with IL-1β abolishes the effects of salidroside (SAL) on cell proliferation and migration in LPS-exposed A549 cells. A549 cells were exposed to 10 μg/ml LPS in the presence of SAL (40 μM) and/or IL-1β (15 ng/ml) for 48 h. Cell viabilities were then measured using CCK-8 assays (a).
