HO-1/CO Maintains Intestinal Barrier Integrity through NF-κB/MLCK Pathway in Intestinal HO-1-/- Mice

CoPP and CORM-2 mice show less barrier loss and NF-κB p65/MLCK pathway activation following CCl4 injection. C57BL/6 wildtype mice received CCl4 injection for 12 weeks.
