Effect of the different extracts on viability of SH-SY5Y cells. (a–d) Cells were treated with 1–200 μg mL1 of each extract for 24 h, and cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay. (e, f) Cells were treated with 50 μg mL−1 of each extract for 24 h, and the trypan blue assay was used to measure cell number and cell viability.
