Fisetin Alleviates Neointimal Hyperplasia via PPAR<i>γ</i>/PON2 Antioxidative Pathway in SHR Rat Artery Injury Model

<div>PPAR<i>γ</i> inhibitor eliminated the inhibitory effect of fisetin on AngII-induced VSMC proliferation and migration. A10 cells in the presence of AngII were incubated with fisetin only or fisetin plus the PPAR<i>γ</i> inhibitor GW9662 (GW) for 24 hours. Cell proliferation ability was evaluated by (a) MTT assay and (b) cell counting. The migration ability of VSMCs was determined by (c) transwell assay and (d) scratch-wound tests.
