<i>α</i>-Lipoic Acid Targeting PDK1/NRF2 Axis Contributes to the Apoptosis Effect of Lung Cancer Cells

<div>LA inhibits lung cancer growth and reduces NRF2 and PDK1 expression <i>in vivo</i>. (a) C57BL/6 mice bearing LLC tumor were treated with vehicle or LA (every other day by intraperitoneal injection) for 15 days, and then, tumor volume was recorded.
