Analysis of protein expression in acetylshikonin-treated HCT-15 and LoVo cells by western blot analysis. HCT-15 and LoVo cells were treated with 0, 1.25, 2.5, and 5 μM of acetylshikonin for 24 h, and apoptosis- or survival-related proteins were analyzed. β-Actin was used as a gel-loading control.
