HCT-15 and LoVo cells were treated with 0, 1.25, 2.5, and 5 <i>μ</i>M of acetylshikonin for 24 h, and apoptosis- or survival-related proteins were analyzed. <i>β</i>-Actin was used as a gel-loading control.</div>
