(a) The oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) increases the reactive oxidative stress levels in primary astrocytes, whereas coculture with circAkap7 delivered by exosomes suppresses this increase. Moreover, circAkap7 is negatively regulated by miR-155-5p. (b) circAkap7 reduced OGD/R-induced cellular injury by absorbing miR-155-5p, which promotes Nrf2-mediated oxidative stress.
