Human IL-6 levels in WS1 fibroblasts in normal, normal wounded, diabetic, and diabetic wounded cells irradiated at 660 nm with 5 J/cm² and measured at (a) 0 h, (b) 24 h, and (c) 48 h postirradiation. Nonirradiated cells (0 J/cm²) served as controls. Results represent the mean of three repeats . The paired -test was used to determine differences in each model between the irradiated cells and the control. ; ; .
