GSTM1 Modulates Expression of Endothelial Adhesion Molecules in Uremic Milieu

<div>The influence of uremic serum and GSTM1 knockdown on ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in HUVECs. GSTM1<sup>+/+</sup> and GSTM1<sup>+/-</sup> HUVECs were incubated in 30% control- (c.s.-) or 30% uremic serum- (u.s.-) containing media for 6 h. ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression was determined by Western blot.
