Cells in region Q3 represent living cells, cells in Q4 early apoptotic cells, cell in Q2 late apoptotic cells, and cells in Q1 those with a damaged membrane only. Each panel corresponds to a representative analysis of at least three separate experiments. (a) Western blotting analysis for Bcl-2 and tubulin in normalized lysates. Lysate proteins (1 mg/ml) were resolved by electrophoresis and analyzed by Western blot, using the antibodies against the indicated proteins.
