The Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway mediates ALX-induced pancreatic β-cell injury. The MIN6 cells were treated with vehicle and ALX (3 mM) in the presence or absence of Nrf2-specific siRNAs (siNrf2-1 or siNrf2-2); the control cells were only transfected with control siRNA (siCon).
