The data were normalized by the β-actin levels. . Statistical analyses were performed with Wilcoxon’s rank sum test, and the value is shown in each graph. The levels of multiple bands of MUTYH protein with molecular weights lower than 47 kDa were significantly increased in the AD hippocampal extracts.
