PA-induced cytotoxicity in HepaRG cells after 24 h exposure. Cells were seeded in 96-well plates and after differentiation and incubated with increasing concentrations (0, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400, and 800 μM) of 4 PAs for 24 h. 10 μM CPT was used as a positive control (data not shown). Data were normalized to solvent control and are shown as of three independent experiments performed with five replicates each. ( one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s -test).
