Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) localization in H9C2 cells. Western blotting to observe localization of NF-κB from cytoplasm to nucleus using p65 antibody: nuclear localization of NF-κB (green fluorescence in nuclei) in high-glucose- (HG-) induced cells. DAPI staining showed nuclear morphology. GAPDH and Lamin A/C were used as controls for cytoplasmic and nuclear extracts, respectively.
