Proteomic Analysis Revealed the Characteristics of Key Proteins Involved in the Regulation of Inflammatory Response, Leukocyte Transendothelial Migration, Phagocytosis, and Immune Process during Early Lung Blast Injury

Figure 4

Blast exposure significantly increased the expression of key proteins involved in inflammatory infiltration regulation. (a) Western blot analysis of the expression of key proteins related to the regulation of inflammatory response after blast exposure. (b) Ahsg expression levels were significantly increased at 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after blast exposure compared with the control (Ctrl) group. (c) Sema7a levels were significantly increased at 12 h and 24 h after blast exposure compared with the control group. (d) Scgb1a1 expressions were significantly increased at 24 h after blast exposure compared with the control group. All experiments were repeated at least three times. All data were expressed as () and analyzed by the one-way ANOVA test, followed by Tukey’s test for multiple comparisons. Differences were considered statistically significant at for all analyses. vs. the control group.
