Nrf2 Activation Attenuates Chronic Constriction Injury-Induced Neuropathic Pain via Induction of PGC-1<i>α</i>-Mediated Mitochondrial Biogenesis in the Spinal Cord

<div>Effect of the PGC-1<i>α</i> inhibitor on the analgesic effect of RTA-408. The analgesic effect of RTA-408 in CCI mice was completely inhibited by the PGC-1<i>α</i> inhibitor SR-18292.
