Artemisinin Inhibits the Migration and Invasion in Uveal Melanoma via Inhibition of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR Signaling Pathway

Artemisinin significantly inhibited the transwell migration and invasion ability of UM cells in a dose-dependent manner. UM cells were seeded in transwell inserts with or without coating of matrigel and treated with artemisinin for 48 hours.
