Neuroprotective Effects of Palmatine via the Enhancement of Antioxidant Defense and Small Heat Shock Protein Expression in A<i>β</i>-Transgenic <i>Caenorhabditis elegans</i>

<div>The verification of indicated target genes from RNA-Seq analysis by qPCR. L1-stage wild-type worms were cultured at 20°C for 48 h on NGM plates with or without palmatine (0.2 mM). Three independent biological replicates for each group were collected for real-time PCR.
