BMSC-Derived Exosomes Ameliorate LPS-Induced Acute Lung Injury by miR-384-5p-Controlled Alveolar Macrophage Autophagy

<div>Exosomes regulated LPS-induced inflammatory cytokines in ALI rats. (a) Serum levels of TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6 and IL-10 were measured by ELISA. (b) BALF levels of TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6 and IL-10 were also measured. The results showed that exosomes attenuated LPS-induced TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-1<i>β</i> and IL-6 elevation, and promoted IL-10 production in serum and BALF.
