Capecitabine Regulates HSP90AB1 Expression and Induces Apoptosis via Akt/SMARCC1/AP-1/ROS Axis in T Cells

<div>Knocking down of HSP90AB1 and SMARCC1 can repress GCLC, GCLM, and HO-1 expression; reduce GSH level; and increase ROS production and apoptosis rate in T cells. (a) The protein levels of GCLM, GCLC, HO-1, BAX, BCL2, and Caspase3 were evaluated using western blot assay. (b) The GSH level of T cells was evaluated using the reduced GSH Assay Kit. (c) The ROS level of T cells was evaluated using DCFH-DA staining. (d) The apoptosis of T cells was evaluated using Annexin V/PI staining.
