Capecitabine Regulates HSP90AB1 Expression and Induces Apoptosis via Akt/SMARCC1/AP-1/ROS Axis in T Cells

<div>Overexpression of HSP90AB1 can attenuate the inhibition of CAP on GCLC, GCLM, and HO-1 expression and CAP-induced apoptosis in T cells. (a) The protein levels of GCLC, GCLM, HO-1, BCL2, Caspase3, and BAX were evaluated using western blot assay. (b) The GSH level of T cells was evaluated using the GSH Assay Kit.
