(a) The mRNA levels of Slc25a26 in GV, MI, and MII oocytes and mouse embryos at zygote, 2-cell, 4-cell, 8-cell, morula, and blastocyst stages were examined by qRT-PCR. 20–30 oocytes and embryos were collected for each group.
