Neurofilament Light Chain (NF-L) Stimulates Lipid Peroxidation to Neuronal Membrane through Microglia-Derived Ferritin Heavy Chain (FTH) Secretion

<div>NF-L treatments of microglia induce changes in the levels of FTH-containing exosome in the presence and absence of <i>FTH1</i> mediated by siRNA. After 0 <i>μ</i>g/ml and 3 <i>μ</i>g/ml NFL interventions of microglia for 48 h, changes in extracellular FTH-containing exosome were determined by ELISA and CD81.
