Analysis of intracellular ROS accumulation in lipopolysaccharide-treated HCEC cells. Fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry were used to measure ROS elevations in HCEC cells. DCFH-stained positive HCEC cells were increased in LPS 1, 5, and 10 μg/mL concentrations after 24 hours of incubation (a)–(d).
