Attenuation of the Severity of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome by Pomiferin through Blocking Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in an AKT/Foxo1 Pathway-Dependent Manner

<div>Pomiferin treatment significantly increased 7-day survival rate of mice with ARDS. 7-day survival rate in indicated groups. Before a lethal dose of LPS stimulation (15 mg/kg), mice were pretreated with pomiferin (20 mg/kg/day) for 7 consecutive days intragastrically.
