Shear-Induced ITGB4 Promotes Endothelial Cell Inflammation and Atherosclerosis

<div>LSS promotes atheroprone gene expression and ROS generation via ITGB4 <i>in vitro.</i> (a) HUVECs were transfected with scr siRNA and ITGB4 siRNA for 48 h.
