TND alleviated the systemic level of inflammation response and oxidative stress. The serum levels of IL-1β (a), IL-6 (b), TNF-α (c), VCAM (d), and ICAM (e) as well as the activity of SOD (f), MDA (g), and GPX (h) were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. One-way analysis of variance with the Bonferroni post hoc test was used. ; vs. sham; # vs. AS.
