Fucoxanthin Attenuates Oxidative Damage by Activating the Sirt1/Nrf2/HO-1 Signaling Pathway to Protect the Kidney from Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

Sirt1, Nrf2, and HO-1 protein expression levels were upregulated by fucoxanthin. The H/R model was established by hypoxia for 12 hours and reoxygenation for 6 hours.
