Dysregulation of EZH2/miR-138-5p Axis Contributes to Radiosensitivity in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell by Downregulating Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1 Alpha (HIF-1α)

Figure 4

Overexpression of miR-138-5p by mimic or knockdown of EZH2 enhances radiosensitivity of HCC cells. (a–c) Experiments results of three groups of cells’ clone formation experiments. (d–f) The SF of three groups of cells. (g–i) HepG2 and Hep3B cells were transfected with miR-138-5p mimic/NC or shEZH2/vector plasmid before exposure to 8 Gy radiation. After 24 h, cells were harvested for cell-cycle analysis. (j–m) HepG2 and Hep3B cells were transfected with miR-138-5p mimic/NC or shEZH2/vector plasmid before exposure to 8 Gy radiation. After 24 h, cells were harvested for apoptosis analysis. ; (compared to NC or vector group in HepG2); ; (compared to NC group after exposed to 8Gy).
