ROS initiates osthole-induced pyroptosis. (a) The JC-1 staining was analyzed by flow cytometry after treatment with osthole for 18 h. (b) The ratio between the green and red mean fluorescence intensity quantified by FlowJo. (c) After pretreatment with 0.2 μM NAC for 1 h and treatment with osthole for 4 h, DCHF-DA staining was detected by flow cytometry. (d) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay.
