The effect of L-NAT pretreatment on gamma radiation-induced cell death in Neuro2a cells. The radioprotective effect of L-NAT (0.01-0.08 μg/ml) on radiation-induced cell death was determined using propidium iodide (PI) uptake assay by Flow cytometry. Values were expressed as mean ± SEM, where p-value presented as p <0.05; p <0.01; p <0.001 with respect to irradiated control. #p <0.001 with respect to control.
