GO and KEGG to identify the most highly enriched pathways. (a) Network of enriched terms: (a) colored by cluster-ID, where nodes that share the same cluster-ID are typically close to each other; (b) colored by value, where terms containing more genes tend to have a more significant value. (b) Gene list enrichments are identified in the biological progress (BP) category, and (c) in the cellular component (CC) category. As an enrichment background, all genes in the genome were employed. Terms with a value of less than 0.01, a minimum count of three, and an enrichment factor of more than 1.5 (the enrichment factor is the ratio between the observed counts and the counts expected by chance) are gathered and classified into clusters based on membership commonalities.
