A Mixture of <i>Ginkgo biloba L</i>. Leaf and <i>Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers</i>. Fruit Extract Attenuates Scopolamine-Induced Memory Impairments in Mice

<div>Effect of the mixture (GH) of <i>Ginkgo biloba L</i>. leaf (GL) and <i>Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers</i>. (HE) fruit extracts on scopolamine- (Sco-) induced cytotoxicity in human neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) cells. (a) Cells were treated with Sco at 1, 3, and 5 mM concentrations. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. (b) Cells were pretreated with 50, 100, and 500 <i>μ</i>g/mL GH for 1 h and then cotreated with 5 mM Sco cotreated for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
