A Mixture of <i>Ginkgo biloba L</i>. Leaf and <i>Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers</i>. Fruit Extract Attenuates Scopolamine-Induced Memory Impairments in Mice

<div>Effect of several components from the mixture (GH) of <i>Ginkgo biloba L.</i> leaf (GL) and <i>Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.</i> (HE) fruit extracts on scopolamine- (Sco-) induced SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells. (a) Cells were treated with hericene A, hericene D, ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B, isorhamnetin, acacetin, quercetin, and kaempferol at 1, 10, and 20 <i>μ</i>M concentrations. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. (b) Cells were pretreated with 1, 10, and 20 <i>μ</i>M hericene A, hericene D, ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B, isorhamnetin, acacetin, quercetin, and kaempferol for 1 h and then cotreated with 5 mM Sco cotreated for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
