Males and females of Drosophila melanogaster at 30-day-old show a decrease in GSH levels, an increase in lipid peroxidation, and an increase in Fe levels. In addition, males and females with 30 days of life differed from each other in GSH assay and lipid peroxidation assay. (a) GSH levels, (b) lipid peroxidation, and (c) Fe levels.
