Effects of SR141716A on Cognitive and Depression-Related Behavior in an Animal Model of Premotor Parkinson's Disease

Effects of acute administration of SR141716A (3 mg/kg) i.p. on neurotransmitter levels in the striatum, prefrontal cortex, and hippocampus one week after 6-OHDA administration. Results are expressed as mean SEM in comparison to the 6-OHDA group. Statistical analysis was performed by unpaired Student’s -test.
