Quantification of MTIF3 mRNA levels. MTIF3 mRNA levels in Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) transfected B-lymphocytes from individuals carrying the three different rs7669 genotypes, normalized to the housekeeping genes beta-actin and cyclophilin. mRNA levels were found to be significantly lower in TT genotypes compared to CC genotypes () using Student’s -test.
