Pentoxifylline Neuroprotective Effects Are Possibly Related to Its Anti-Inflammatory and TNF-Alpha Inhibitory Properties, in the 6-OHDA Model of Parkinson’s Disease

Pentoxifylline treatments (PTX: 10, 25, and 50 mg/kg, 15 days) decrease the apomorphine-induced rotational behavior in the 6-OHDA group, relatively to the untreated 6-OHDA group. The values are means ± SEM from 8 to 11 animals per group.
