Pretreatment with IGF-1 and NAC increases cell viability after MG132 treatment. Cells were pretreated with vehicle (DMSO), IGF-1 (I), NAC (N), or both (I + N) for 18 h followed by the addition of MG132 (MG) (5 μM) for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay as described in the Materials and Methods.
