Sirtuin-2 Protects Neural Cells from Oxidative Stress and Is Elevated in Neurodegeneration

<div>Total SIRT and SIRT2 activities in the frontal and temporal cortex in PD, PDD, DLB, AD, and controls. Total SIRT and SIRT2 activities were measured through a fluorometric enzymatic activity assay in the frontal and temporal cortices of PD, PDD, DLB, and AD patients and were compared to cohort-control
