Percentage of Annexin-V-positive cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. MES23.5 cells were treated as described in Figure 2. MPP⁺ (100 μM) increased the percentage of Annexin-V-positive MES23.5 cells. Posttreatment of CRJ resulted in the decrease of Annexin-V-positive MES23.5 cells after the exposure of MPP⁺.
