Motor Improvement-Related Regional Cerebral Blood Flow Changes in Parkinson’s Disease in Response to Antiparkinsonian Drugs

Figure 1

Motor performance improved in each of the 30 patients () (a1). Improvements in the individual motor performances in the 30 PD patients positively correlated with individual doses of antiparkinsonian drugs (r = 0.59, ) (b1). These statistically significant improvements were also seen in the PD-ND subgroup ( (a2); r = 0.65, (b2)) but were not present in the PD-D subgroup ( (a3); r = 0.27, (b3)). LED, levodopa equivalent dose.
