Typical baseline immunosuppression beyond one year after lung transplantation*.

Therapy	Dosing
Prednisone/prednisolone	5 mg daily
Mycophenolate mofetil; or; mycophenolic acid	500–1500 mg twice daily; 360–720 mg twice daily
Cyclosporin A; or; tacrolimus	Targeting blood level of 150–200 ng/mL; Targeting blood level 8–10 ng/mL
